Samaúma Expedition - 4 days and 3 nights
1st Day – Departure at 8:30 am from the Hotel,
car transfer to Porto da Ceasa (20 minutes).
Board a speedboat and sail to the meeting of the waters, a quick stop for photos and explanation, (30 minutes) until Vila do Careiro.
Stop to visit the region's fruit market, and board a van or minibus (40 minutes on BR 319) that connects Manaus to Porto Velho,
stop to photograph Vitória Regia, then we continue for 1:30 hours on the road to the Paraná do Mamori river.
Regional canoe transfer with arrival scheduled for approximately 12:30 pm.
(Lunch).
In the afternoon, departure to explore the area.
This tour is done in motorized canoes.
And great for observing animals such as monkeys, sloths and a wide variety of birds. Sunset.
At 7:30 pm, dinner at the Ararinha Lodge restaurant.
Overnight.
2nd Day - (05:30 am) Departure for sunrise and bird watching, return for breakfast.
08:30am Jungle walk with a specialized jungle guide where you will learn how to survive in the jungle, as well as learn about our fauna and biodiversity.
(Lunch 12:00)
In the afternoon, piranha fishing.
Return to the Lodge (Dinner 7:30pm).
Tour to observe nocturnal animals and spot alligators with flashlights.
Opportunity to observe the beautiful Amazonian moonlight and hear the sounds of the jungle.
3rd Day - (08:00) Visit to the caboclo house to learn about their customs and culture, visiting cassava plantations and others.
(12:00pm lunch).
In the afternoon we will leave to set up our camp in the jungle, Zagaiar (depending on the time of year).
Overnight in the jungle.
4th Day - At 8:00 am departure for a canoe trip (Igarapés and igapó - depending on the time of year) to observe birds and animals such as the sloth and howler monkey, with the opportunity to see the Amazon dolphins, Boto Cor de Rosa and Boto Tucuxi.
Lunch at 12:00 pm at Ararinha Lodge.
In the afternoon at 1:30 pm, departure for Manaus via the same route, arriving at 5:00 pm.
End can be hotel or airport.
